- Do the lab. Live Linux desktop and terminal in your browser. Windows and Cisco labs run there too, and each lab checks your work. Windows and Cisco labs also have a practice panel that is clearly labeled as an in-browser simulation, and networking labs add a network map view.
- Check Exam Readiness. Practice Exams show which objectives still need work. Skip What You Know (about 20 minutes, once per course), a Help Desk Queue of 56 simulated tickets, and Daily Review: a five-minute deck of 400+ commands, ports, protocols, and terms. Included in the course, no extra service.
What does DNS do?
DNS resolves a hostname such as example.com to an IP address. The client asks a resolver, which queries root, TLD, and authoritative servers, then caches the answer for its TTL.
Computers find each other by number, not by name. DNS turns the name you type into the number the computer needs.
DNS is your phone's contact list. You tap "Mom"; the phone dials the number saved under that name.

Does Eye Tracking record video?
No. Eye Tracking is optional and off by default. It runs in the browser, and no video or images ever leave the device. Students can view or delete their data at /my-data.
Is Novak LMS™ affiliated with CompTIA?
No. Courses are aligned to published exam objectives but are independent Novak LMS™ material.
How do colleges or training commands run a pilot?
